I had a similar problem and I found I was a little too sloppy with my circle. You have to make sure both ends(beginning and end of circle) touch each other. Don't know if this is the same problem you had, but it drove me nuts.

I have given up on it for now. Which is a shame because I was really enjoying it up to that point. I've got Animal Crossing and Metroid Prime Pinball to keep me busy.

I got this game for Christmas. The gameplay is really cool - I'm really surprised by how solid a feel it has. I was half worried it would just play like moving a stylus around on a photshop background. The story doesn't do a whole lot for me so far, I kinda just want to get to the next operation. But in the INNOVATIVE GAMES department, so far I'm enjoying it more than Lost in Blue, which I continue to plug away at.

Figured it out - you had to inject blue stuff into the spots. Not sure why it was telling me to close up the incision when I still had stuff to do but at least I'm past it now and into chapter 2.

I finally got back to playing this after putting it on hold late last year. This game kicks soooo much ass. I believe I'm at the last operation and I must say this is easily the best use of the touch screen yet.

Stuck on 2-1 with those multiple aneurisms! Holy crap I don't know when to do the Healing Hand thing.... I know I have to wait till the hand icon changes to the star but sometimes, it doesn't change

A good piece of advice: Once you're able to cut them with the scalpel, do so, but don't excise it. This will prevent the bleeding loss of vitals and keep the aneurism from inflating anymore. You can do this to every single one of them without take serious losses in vitals. When you're ready you can pick them out one at a time and treat them normally.

God, I was stuck on 2-4 for forever and didn't want to use a walkthrough. I knew I had to be missing something 'caues I wasn't even coming close. Just followed this advice and beat it my first time. I guess I should've been paying close attention to exactly what was causing the vitals to drop so fast and maybe I would've figured it out myself. I'm scared of the end-game though if I'm having this much trouble this early on.
