Stuck on 2-1 with those multiple aneurisms! Holy crap I don't know when to do the Healing Hand thing.... I know I have to wait till the hand icon changes to the star but sometimes, it doesn't change

And what is the deal with the Healing Hand thing? It just slows time down right? Like in the last chapter of the first act? It wasnt really explained well at all. Like can I do it anytime, or what?

After you do your "training" session with it, you can use it anytime, once per operation. The way to access it is by clicking the hand icon twice and then drawing a star on-screen. Time slows to the point where 20 seconds in healing touch time is about 2 seconds of real time.

Last I heard there's a Trauma Center sequel on the way. Of course, it's for the Revolution, but that won't be a problem for me.
