Thread: Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

  1. Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

    It's out today.

    Everyone should see it.

    It will rule.

    Fuck Shrek.

Dolemite, the Bad-Ass King of all Pimps and Hustlers
Gymkata: I mean look at da lil playah woblin his way into our hearts in the sig awwwwwww

  2. I saw a special screening of it at my school (Animation majors got 2 free tickets to the screening) a couple of weeks ago.

    Yes, it fucking owned.

I believe it was all shot on 2's as well.

After the screening, there was a Q & A session with the creator, Nick Park. That was pretty cool too, the guy is really, really shy. And it sucked that the heads of the department took their little kids with them, who asked shit questions...

  4. I definitely plan on seeing it tonight, It's the first new movie that my theater has had in like 3 weeks. God I hate my local theater
"I don't like fellas that kill me. Not in general."

  5. I'm seeing it tonight, it's been awhile since I've gone to the movies. Dark Horizons gave it a great review so I'm psyched. I like Nick Park a lot, Wallace and my boy Grommit have never let me down yet.

  6. I can't wait to see this. Nick Park and Aardman animation = stop motion perfection. I'll never forget when I was 15 and saw the Wrong Trousers for the first time, an amazing work and one of my family's all time fave animated movies.

  7. This has an awesome array of reviews at Rotten Tomatoes. Almost all positive.
I think I might see this, this weekend. I didn't really think much of it until I saw these reviews. It's overwhelming the response this movie is receiving.

  8. Laugh

AMAZING MOVIE! The artistry and the humor and the "Wallace and Gromitty-ness" of the whole thing. Going again tomorrow.

"On Twos" is animation jargon, meaning one image taken for every two frames of film.

  9. You're supposed to do the same in Flash. I don't know why but I was taught to do it. I think it allows for more flexibility or something but I'm not certain.

  10. It was a great movie. The animation is just a sight to behold. Fun story, looks fantastic and has some funny parts. Everyone should go see it. Anyone know why they gave the bunnies pig like snouts instead of regular looking bunny noses?
