Turok Next (Xbox360)

I convinced myself to spend 50 bucks on it (at blockbuster coincidentally) when it first came out, I was desperate for a new Cube game and I did adore the first 2 Turoks.

The Turok storyline and theme has loads of potential to make an amazing FPS game, its just that they made too many of them during the N64 era, and the Evolution was a very poor excuse for a good FPS. But if someone puts enough talent and creativity it could be an awesome game. I would love to play Turok with plant life the likes of Far Cry, that would be awesome.

I was gonna see about getting back into the series (big fan of the original), but ever since Joshua Fireseed was killed, I've had little interest.

I remember absolutely loving the first Turok when it came out way back when. I never had a PC powerful enough to play FPS's beyond DOOM for a long time, so the game was great for the time IMHO. I tried playing Evolution when it came out but after playing Halo...yeah it sucked. On a related note I just played through Farcry Instincts and found it quite enjoyable. Though once again, nowhere near Halo quality.
