That's hot, Riviera was ok, nothing spectacular, and when I had to start over (on my second play through) I was kinda pissed and haven't touched the game again. It was charming in it's own loli way, honestly, this looks a lot more enjoyable than Riviera.

I've been hooked on this for the past hour. The passive/aggressive battle meter is an awesome strategic feature. The music is also pretty intense, and makes me wish it had a soundtrack CD. The overworld map and battles remind me of Dragon Force, which is always a favorable comparison. Once this hits stores, I'm definitely buying a copy.

This game looks amazingly sexy.

I never ended up picking up Riviera (and then passed on it when I saw it used because of it's totally wack non-erasable save system), but this looks quite a bit better.

Did you get SRTOG1? It is amazingly fun, but graphically, not all that interesting (since I turn off all the animations as it takes too long). If you did not get 1, then I would not bother with 2 and just get this.
