Thank you.
That would rule if it's true. Turn around is pretty long for us East Coasters. They made it a little better with that scanning thing at some post offices though.
Alright so since I just got a 360, there are plenty of games I'd like to catch up on without shelling out like $500. So how is gamefly working out for people? Turn around times better?
Timber since you're in Ohio as well what's your turn around time?
I've been using Gamefly since about August and after the first games shipped after 2 weeks the turn around time has been around 4 to 5 days. I drop the game in the mailbox on Monday, by Wednesday I get an email saying they received the game and they've shipped the new one, and I get the new game on Friday or Saturday. Even during the holidays the turn around time was only an extra day. The USPS scanning system seems to help a bit.
I got a six month sub. from my parents for xmas, so I've been getting the games and if they take longer than 15 hours, I generally just purchase the game. It's nice because the cost is generally $10 lower than retail, plus I get 5% off (10% after 12 months)
I like using the service alot, and with the 2 game plan at 22.95 (or something close to that) I always have at least one game.
My only complaint is that I had COD4, Orange Box, Assassin's Creed, Area 51: Blacksite, Kane and Lynch all on my queue and they went all the way down the list to Zack and Wiki and Overlord, but considering how much I'm enjoying Zack and Wiki I guess it's not that much of a complaint.
I also like that if you buy a game, they send the manual and box, and ship the next game on your list right away.
Oh yeah, I live in Boston, so they ship from the PA center.

Since they opened the new distro center the service has gotten much better. Great used prices too.
I quit using them about 5 months ago. Took way too long to get games, and I was never getting anything at the top of my Queue, even on release day. I've just been waiting for games to drop and buying them and selling them on ebay. It's worked better for me.
You don't have to be smart; you don't have to know the facts, you just have to be confident.

I may as well give them a try, I can at least knock out Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon in a month so $22 in place of $100 sounds like a good deal to me, and less hassle.
