Thread: The Last of the New Street Fighter Controllers

  1. FUCK ITS CAMMY. FUCK.

I have to buy it now

  2. Are these controller's really that good, though?
I have an ASCII Pad FT2, but I might want one of the Nuby ones if they're just as good.

    And I don't remember Cammy's SSF2 costume being a thong, not that I'm complaining.

  3. It was and I personally think the controllers are ass. Than again, I think any pad for fighting games are ass. I bought the Ryu one because it's pretty for display and that was about it.

And I'm just a whore for SF stuff in general.

  6. They look nice, but ironically enough the D-pads on these controllers suck for fighting games. I'll pass.

$50 for one of these controllers is pretty insane, wireless or not. I mean, they're nice pads, but they're not incredible.

  8. They suck. I bought mine(Akuma) at GameStop for $15 new and it was a waste. Looser than a whores vagina D-pad and spongy rattling buttons. I found myself only holding on to about a quarter of the lower pad to make playing semitolerable due to the great design and layout. I really enjoy accidently reseting SFAC midmatch thanks to Back|Start (<-actual distance apart) being immediatley above Medium punch! I dont know how or why Capcom gave Nuby approval to make these official. If you collect you should save the space for some cool SF stuff, like my Sagat Zippo! Anyone care to see it?

  9. Yeah your better off getting a converter and using a Saturn pad, plus I read the review of the latest logitech wireless and for 30 bucks you get 300 hours battery life and a great controller, I have the first generation 1 and it rocks.

I don't mind the akuma one that much, since I like loose response. It's nothing like a sanwa stick, but it's better than the stock pad.

On the roster are Evil Ryu, Cammy (who shows off her ass nicely to the crazy fanboys who will buy her controller, day one), and Sagat, thus completing the little character grid they've had on the page since the page's inception when SFAC PS2 was first released. $50 each this Christmas, limited to 10,000 units made per character. So, to the collectors out there, start saving. I know I... might. I mean, I already have three of the original PS2 controllers.
I guess there's nothing on the official site, but there's Blanka controller too.
    Lik-Sang has it here.
