Some comments on the art and the site design:
I think the site is way to dark, that blue color makes the whole thing feel a bit dated, and the font for the navigation (and other places) is really icky (atleast IMO, arial for life!).
You use mouse overs on stuff a lot, but really, I don't see any use for them. They don't add much to the site and all it does is increase load times. Mouse overs are not a bad idea when used in a strip occasionally, but only if it's for a really good idea.
You don't have to be a great artist to convey ideas. That being said, IMO, art is a huge part of a comic (which is why it's not called a book), so if a comics art doesn't impress me right off the bat, that's normally a bad sign. There are a lot of great art out there in webcomics, despite what some of the guys here say.
With that out of the way, I think you should try to stick with what you do well. Some of the panels don't look too bad, but some of them come off looking way too forced and unnatural (lots of changing perspectives which really don't add anything).
I'd also suggest (like the website) lightening up your color pallette, as the coloring all feels way too dark. You use too many dark rich colors I think, just feels too thick. Also, maybe look into how your are creating/saving the art, as it comes out kinda blurry and bled together in places.
As far as this thread is concerned - people on TNL will act like dicks just because they can, but that's not to say that there isn't any good critcism in what they are saying. Some of your replies (Matthew/Jonas) are getting a little sassy, and while it sucks having people rip on your work, coming back the way you have in a few of the replies isn't the best way to handle it either.
Uhm, that's about it. I haven't read any of the strips yet, this is just from me looking at the art and the site design.
And of course this is all IMO, so you can tell me to goto hell if you'd like.
