Thread: Awesome article about PSO

  1. I had ECM's card on my list a few years back and recall he kept running away every time I see him.

    weird little fellow.

Oh, no question. Even when the DC version was fresh, I would tell people that the game itself was actually pretty poor. The thing about PSO for me was it was something new to me as a console gamer. Also the pure simplicity of it all together with awesome graphics (at the time) and the intangeable fun factor, just made it like no other game I had played before.

he stayed fairly busy at the start, in fact i think he was in the first group of non-japanese players to take down dark falz on very hard.
look here, upon a sig graveyard.

  4. I loved PSO till I got robbed online by another hunter. Man that still makes me angry to this day.

  5. Damn it was fun robbing people in that game. I must of had 200+ hrs easy between both DC games. I tried to get into the Xbox game but was just too damn tired of PSO already.

  6. PSO was a slow, plodding, poorly constructed pile of trash that was only entertaining to people who didn't know any better. Even Sega didn't care enough to maintain that crap.

    The end.

    The sequel to the end.

You cannot stop us from thinking fondly of the game.

  8. This month's (December issue) article is about Dark Chronicle.

There's also a feature on the Revloution, in which they say the same things that 1Up said about it, that is it's great to use. And there's an entertaining discussion with TV people like Simon Pegg, Graham Linehan and two others on video games, stories and the dreadful voice acting in games like Resident Evil 4.

  9. I played PSO DC for hours upon hours, till I couldn't get a decent connection... Kept getting booted off by the phone line and that ended my fun. I wish i could hook up the DC and get playing on the fan server, but i don't have a phone line.

  10. I played so many hours of the DC version back in the day. I was so cool with my broadband adapter...
