Anyways, I really want this, but the corner EB is pulling another preorders only policy like they did with every other Atlus game. I know that one of my friends purchased this, so I'll get to borrow it sometime in the future.

When I get some money again, I really need to go on an Atlus buying spree. Trauma Center, the DDS title, Disgaea, and this. *sigh*

What the heck?! Flonne is one of the cutest creations on planet earth. Get on that ish! (first time ever using the word "ish")Originally Posted by shidoshi
This game is pretty damn hot. Enemies on the map, being able to rest and heal whenever you want, interactive character interaction at every save point, and an active battle system reminiscent of Xenogears. Werd, yo.
On the bad side: The unnessecary pausing for strikes (why does it take 2-3 seconds to load or whatever for a sword slash animation?), the way your teammates literally do nothing while you're not controlling them, and it does take a while to build up attacks to where there's not so much standing around not doing anything and more of an interesting dynamic during battles brings it down a little.
But they're obviously trying so I give them bonus points there. I'm also a huge fan of the black guy (Maven, I think) just because everyone else in the party acts like typical white diplomats in their speech while he's running around yelling about busting skulls. So great.
i picked this up tonight with DQ8. hope i find some time to play.
look here, upon a sig graveyard.
What would you rather have them do, jog in place? If they moved around they might arouse the attention of the enemies (I always place my characters so that the enemies are drawn to the character with the most HP/def/resistance) and considering everybody shares the same move bar, having them attack or use items would ruin your strategy.Originally Posted by MechDeus
