I was hitting on both, but I didn't think Ashley was an option. I knew there was a sex option, but I assumed it was double-pronged: Sex (with the blue-skinned alien) or no sex. This was all based on what I'd read. They hyped this blue-skinned alien sex thing so much I thought it was a foregone conclusion.

You can only "romance" one per playthrough, so you talked to Liara more than Ashley. There's another scene at the Citadel where you can have sex with the Asari Consort, also.

I did that Consort mission. I spent hours reading all of the Universe codex entries. I like variety of aliens in the universe a lot.

The menu system complaint is extremely valid. BioWare has never seemingly been able to create a functional menu interface to save their lives. It's always a disorganized compilation of everything ever you've ever picked up and its shit.

Aside from giving us more varied actual cities and planets to explore the menu system is probably my most wanted upgrade for Mass Effect 2.

I just wish the drop system was done better, wading through stuff to see if something is useful took way too much time.

Give me a little info here. I have the ship, just rescued the doctor and filled out my crew so now I have everyone. How much more time is left in the game if I go straight story, thereabouts? It seemed to take me a while to get to this point.
