How does a 2 drink minimum work anyway? You prepay for the drinks when you enter, whether you have em or not? I couldn't really picture some bouncer approaching your table and saying "um, excuse me, but you haven't consumed 2 alcoholic beverages, and the show is about to start. I am going to have to ask you to leave."

Well, there is usually a cover charge just to get in and the drink minimum is usually posted somewhere. I've never seen it enforced, but then again I've never seen anyone "break" the rule. They just put it on your tab regardless I think. Waitress or whatever rolls by and asks you what you want.

No. It's not a 2 drink minimum, either, it's 2 items. Fries and a coke qualifies. You just order your two items during the show. If you don't the waitress will tell you at some point that you have to order 2 items. At the end of the show, they drop a check, and you pay as you leave (or pay the waitress and show the receipt at the door, or something like that).
