Castlevania has changed, for the worst. Look at Lament and that new one, that's the new face of Castlevania and it sucks. That is what makes Dawn of Sorrow so important, it is the last of its kind, and the best since SotN. How many of you really think they'll pump out another on the DS?

The handheld 2D Castlevanias are dirt cheap to develop and always sell really well; not only is the next DS installment underway but I'm sure they're talking about the one after that too. You don't have a very firm grasp of reason. I am of the opinion that humans require air to breathe if they wish to continue living. This is also a fact. I never said it there was no chance there'd be another, I said there was a slim one. Perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps I'm just hoping they don't make another because Dawn is about as good as it'll ever get. I'm not looking at it from a business standpoint though, or from that of a sub-human dolt (read as: Nintendo fanboy Spo), I'm looking at it from the perspective of a fan of the Castlevania series (not a rabid fan by any stretch).

I'd rather the series bow out gracefully on a high note than continue on and on until its grandeur is lost and it's an embarassment to its former self. Is that a realistic expectation? Of course not. Just one of those things you hope for.

You should, because it's by far the better game. Really, how can you compare Aria to Dawn when Dawn is Aria with better graphics, better weapons, cooler souls, and more content? The idea that Aria is somehow the superior of the two makes no sense whatsoever.

No to troll or anything but it is possible to like Aria more than Dawn, the walking speed of Soma in Aria is faster than Dawn, they also gave MANY weapons in Dawn incredible lag you can make a case for Aria being better than Dawn based off of game engine differences but not much else. So I half agree with you g0zen but still see where peeps could like Aria more.
