You can. as well as XM, Divx, Shoutcast, whatever. You just need a decent computer to transcode.

Took me awhile to get it figured out but what did it was to go to my firewall and add TVersity as an exception and then open the port TVersity to uses. Make sure to disconnect your 360 to your pc and then search for the pc and it should say "TVersity on [insert pc name here]"

Does it see it 2 computers then? The original name I've been using and a "TVersity on:" ? Did you share all of your MP3's and stuff through TVersity now instead?

I think I got it forwarded now, I'll have to check and see if it worked. It'd be the greatest thing ever if it did.
There's also a script that allows you to stream Sirius to XMBC on a modded original Xbox: http://sacknet.org/sirius/
Works well enough, not the best interface but it gets the job done.
