Howard is officially an asshole. I love how he wants free speech for himself and no one else. Both me and my wife are sick of having to work with Howard fans who are apparently linked with his brain and are incapable of independant thought or having an actual opinion of their own.

"I voted for Sanjaya 45 times last night because Howard told me to."
"I want Imus fired because Howard hates him."

That's great, do you feel like a complete tool? Because that's what you are.

I used to listen to him, and never had a problem with him. Now, I see the hypocrisy from a mile away. Retire to the Hamptons already please.

P.S. - MSNBC hates kids with Cancer!!!!!!

  3. I really hope Sirius hires IMUS.

The guy is a mean old dick, but I think he has a decent show. Yes, he made stupid, unfunny comments about Rutgers, but he did the right thing by going on Sharpton and trying to explain himself.

    This whole thing is bullshit.

  4. I support Mr. Imus.

Actually, going on Sharpton's show was one of the worst things Imus did. He only made himself look worse with some of the comments he made on that show.

Imus shouldn't have been fired for the comment he made, but it was a slow news week, and once the media started the dogpile (especially with Slate and the New York Times pointing out other bad things Imus said), he was done for. I was actually surprised that Howard accurately predicted that CBS would fire him.

On Monday, he said that Imus wasn't going to be fired, but on Tuesday he did a 180 and said that he would be fired. I thought he was crazy for announcing it, but lo and behold, he was right. He said that Imus would be let go during the suspension, but damn CBS dumped Imus before he could even finish the week.

  8. My favorite phrase is "dropping loads all over your glasses!"

And LOL at the retelling of Elephant Boy shitting his pants before arriving at a Gary appearance.

And here's the Sound and Vision article that spotlights Gary's home.

  9. I just saw the Richard Simmons appearance on Howard TV. He looks disturbingly like Golum.
