Was the difficulty tweaked up for the USA release? I heard that the japanese version was pretty easy, but the USA version is pretty tricky at times, and I`m still just on normal.
The japanese release had all dialogue in the game voiced.
It's just easy by Megaman standards, not other game standards. It doesn't have its balls cut off like recent Casltevanias, but it's non MMZ-grade brutalitiy, either.
You can still play the levels out of order after the first few missions. It opens up like a normal Megaman game, don't worry.

The highway in area d is fucking rad. MMX ftw.
Beat the game and hard mode opens up. And not any of that "take away your saber combo and charge" crap that they usualy have. Imean a simple "make you do less damage" recalculation. That is the kind of hard mode I always wanted. This game seems to be better put together than most of the Zero series.
