Wrong. On PSP it would have been made into an ugly 2.5D game and looked like those ugly remakes the PSP got. DS is still 2D love.Originally Posted by Yoshi
So then there is zero reason that this wouldn't have been better on PSP. Good call, Capcom.Originally Posted by Frogacuda

I can't argue with that I guess, until something new and hand-drawn hits the PSP.
PU looks like budget title. Like those $20 hudson remakes on GC. Not impressed. MHX looks alright, but I like the look less than the original, which kinda defeats the purpose.Originally Posted by Bacon

): Agree. If they wanted to go hyper-cute, i really wish they would've used sprites. The whole game suffers. Maybe they could've made a polygonal 2D scroller with good hit detection and no delayed movement, but they sure didn't prove it with PU. I hate hating on PU...PU looks like budget title.
Donk
Using the touch screen for menus actually became second nature real quick for me, and I find it to be a convienience.Originally Posted by Frogacuda
hahaha i have a bit of an issue with the artwork in zero. i really liked it at first but after seeing it for a while i kept getting the feeling that any of the characters could burst into tears at any moment. + the sad sad story didn't help things either. i think powered up is pretty cute. and i think it looks good for like...a first gen 3D handheld 2.5D game....or something. i'm just kinda glad it wasn't on the DS cause it woulda looked much worse.Originally Posted by Finch
Froga, did you fight Omega, the secret boss yet? He's a lot of fun and the most challenging fight in the game (at least to me, he is).
I would have rather had good 2D than budget 3D.Originally Posted by rama
