The PSP movie selection is improving, but compare it to what's available on DVD and it's a complete loser. If you want to be happy with it feel free, but don't try to pretend it's better than it is.

The PSP was never intended to replace your DVD player. Most of the UMD movies are only $15 and they'll get cheaper as they become more popular. I'm sure most will buy the movies they'll watch again and again, when they are away from home. What's so wrong with that?

Or for that matter, is there some kind of comprehensive list of UMD titles somewhere on the Interweb?

It may not be every UMD movie available, but I'm pretty sure it'll cover 90% of them.

I've noticed they have Total Recall and the Dark Crystal on there, so the odds are they'll have that as well. I believe I did see a UMD of it though.
