that was fucked up. Bitched walked in and apologized and acted like nothing had happen. Cena, its a good thing you told that bitch off. I F*N hate customers like that. I had once a lady who came in after buying a bath chair you use to sit down on when in the shower. She bought the damn thing 2 years ago during a xmas sale and she wanted to return it. i couldn't give her the money back so i opted to set it up for her b/c she said it was unstable when she sat down on it. instead of taking my kindness, she drags me around the store and says i'm a regular, i'm a regular to all the employees in the store. I kicked her out for being stupid, then she called the store to tell me she called regional to make a complaint. God i hate retail and i'm glad i left.
I say stuff when people deserve it. I'm not some soulless, emotionless drone. You come at me like an asshole I'm not going to just smile and take it.
Being that her whole intent was to defraud us of money and the fact that she lied about what I did, that kinda eliminates her "customer" status.
She needed to learn that some things you can't just make better with a 1/2-ass apology. Plus if you read her response, she still doesn't think that she's responsible.

I would recommend suing them, except they're poor and stupid. Who else would scam a fucking video game store?
suing the poor is useless, they cannot pay, which is sad because they're such easy targets for lawsuits
