I just got this as well and it's surprisingly quality, though it's kind of lame you need to beat the game with a character to unlock their in-game move list. I guess they want to keep the supers a secret or something. Not really deep, but the impact options add a little variety.

    In addition I got:
    - Magatama (xbox)
    - Rez (jpn/ps2)
    - Shinobido Isashime (seriously best ninja game ever)
    - Tokyo Xtreme Racing: Drift
    - Timesplitters: Future Perfect

built their castles and had their wars. I cannot stand by idly any longer." - Otogi 2

  4. REmake.

  5. All for roughly $80 USD:

Now all they need to do is the Maxx.

Really got the hankering for some anime and was recommended this.

Fantastic movie, I have no idea why i don't already own it.

    I really hated this movie.

It is suprisingly better than one would think. My chief complaint lies with the default damage levels- its hard to win a round by KO because attacks do so little damage.

It varies from character to character and move to move. I've beaten the game with the yakuza guy and Aya, and nearly all matches were KOs, though they seem to be more power characters. You can also set the time for infinite if you want. My biggest issue is I can't seem to do the throws consistently. Don't know why either.

Im almost done with it (mission 9 of 10 I am on, I think). Excellent, well-crafted game. Just play it on Hardened or Veteran - the Regular difficulty is pathetic and the game truly sucks ass on it.

  10. Exactly. I'm playing through on Veteran. I had to re-start a level (Tunisha) because during the part at the end in which you man the AA Guns, I didn't shoot the snipers before the game saved. Every time I started up, I had about 10 seconds to get to the AA gun and shoot down the first plane....while 3 crack-shot snipers picked me off. So even if I DID manage to get the plane down, my teammates weren't fast enough to kill them before they killed me while I was sitting on the gun.

That was the most frustrating thing EVER. ARGH.

I'm in the American levels now. Aside from one other spot like that, the game is one of the best I've ever played. I get quite a sense of satisfaction from this game.
