I don't know if you played Heroes, but it was tighter than Crusaders and the RTS elements were quite demanding, although that's probably not enough to make the game work for you. Anyway, I can't really tell the scope of player involvement in NNN since they've only shown one or two big battles, and the stills don't tell much more. Everyone keeps talking about a Dynasty Warriors clone, but that's not really Phantagram's style thus far, and I hope it's not the case here. Further, the mere presence of a high-profile Japanese developer doesn't hold anywhere the attraction for me that it once did -- I really hope we get a high quality demo so that I can see what's what with this game.

There's a trailer out on the jpn market place now. It's old but it's still fun to watch on the bigscreen. And the homepage has been been updated with some stuff like small vids of every characters specials.

Listed as arriving June 8th, though reports were that it would arrive August or September.

Despite the negative impressions I'm probably gonna pick this one up. Hopefully some adjustments will be made though.

No adjustments were made for the E3 demo. I even lost my special attack to one of those dreaded cut-scenes. The collision detection is poor, and the attacks don't chain together properly. Any fan of DW or DMC is going to think 'WTF is going on here?' A rental won't kill you, but I'd be wary of a full price investment.
