Kaz is a great player in his first at bat of a season, no question. It's every other at-bat that makes him suck.
The Young call was obviously a bad call but it doesn't really matter anyway, the Mets piled on. It's really exciting when the Yankees and Mets have good teams at the same time, it's unexplainable because it's a rivalry but there's a sort of kinship with it too. Maybe because the Mets killed the Red Sox in 86 and the Yankees killed the Braves in 96 and 99?


It was like, "he's taking up too much of our payroll, can't afford him anymore." Then the very next year they come out and they're all like "yeah, we're adding 50 million in payroll. It's Molina time!"
