I don't think I've seen anything announced, but Colin McRae's guaranteed to make an appearance sooner or later. He's on everything else, including Xbox.

I think there is a rally game for xbox, made by some french company
there was a video at gametrailers for either a rally game or it might have been a off road racer...
the game looked good
