PSP dpad is total garbage. If you want the best solution, go to Ebay and look for these risers you can put under the pad. This means you have to take apart the system, buts it's a permanent fix unlike those Dpads that dont stay on.

I don't know what you mean. You mean the thing I linked to versus the Dpads that come with certain games? The risers are better. They are permanent and feel like part of the system, since you are actually touching the real buttons still.
