The flash carts are 100% badass illegal awesomeness, but the GBA movie player (not the Play Yan) is a legit 3rd party product that uses CF flash memory to store movies, music, and NES ROMs.
Buy a DS and an $80 7" portable DVD player at Wal-Mart.
