  3. I usually just use bubble envelope if its being shipped first class whether its a PS2 game or CD. If its like a N64 game with box being shipped first class, I'll find a small box and use packing peanuts. If sent Priority, I use the free boxes that they give.

EDIT: Once you flatten it, make sure you sandwich it between 2 pieces of cardboard so it won't be bent.
This is the way to go for shipping boxed games.

Isn't priority like $4.00 or something? I guess I'm used to first class only being $1.50 or wahtever. Either way, I guess USPS priority mail with the free box and packed with newspapers sounds like the most cost effective method. Do i just show up at the post office with a hand full of newspaper and tell them that I want a free box?

Also, how the hell do I unfold GBA boxes on the bottom? I swear to god its origami.

Priority is $4.10 I think, and if go online via www.usps.com (Click and Ship), the Delivery Confirmation is FREE. So you can just print the label and drop it off at the PO. I do this now since the lines here in Brooklyn is absolutely ridiculous, I think the average wait time to be serviced is 30 minutes, fucking sucks everytime I go to the PO, I get PO!

Oh, just open the top and bottom of the GBA boxes, some of the GBA games have a white innard (that holds the cartridge in place) that you can take out, others are built in. Take it out if you can and flatten that too, shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Truth. Although I use plain printer paper sometimes too.

And go here to get your supplies shipped to you for free. This thread reminded me that I needed to make a big order.

He was referring to online via Click and Ship. PayPal offers free delivery confirmation when printing out postage label and if item is sent priority. 13¢ if first class or something like that.
