Shouldn't be too hard to find these people, considering you have to be within a few fucking feet from the person you're talking with to actually use Pictochat.

Mario Kart has no chat at all, and Animal Crossing only allows you to visit people you've already exchanged codes with.

Way to research, dumbasses.

And she was totally making that shit up. Pictochat is worthless for peds unless you're sitting outside an elementary school. I think there are more sexual predators that use the DS than kids anyway. Some stupid kid at my "other" job was talking about how his mom told him he had to use his DS more if he wanted a PSP. He doesn't deserve either.
