So any advice for the case where you collect the bombs? It's kicking my ass.
Yeah, I really don't understand how they could have come up with such an awful save system. Didn't they even play the game and realize that it sucks? I'm managing with it as it does hinder the game somewhat, but all in all, I've fully enjoyed the game.Originally Posted by Sqoon

Capcom is very arrogant about forcing their annoying save systems on people. Sometimes it pays off, and the game is actually better for it (RE), sometimes it makes you just not want to play (VJ).
I had one hour until the third case started and I was able to run to the hardware store, fight the crazy guy and get back in time. It was incredible.
I think I'll actually go through the game today. So far I've spent 95% of my time loading saves and fucking around, but now I think the smart thing to do would be to unlock overtime mode, beat that and then get infinity mode so I can really take care of shit. Or maybe even start a second run through and only worry about saving people becuase really there's three ways to play the 72 hour mode and it's near impossible to mix the three with success:
1) Only worry about the CASES. Meaning save people and fight bosses only when it easily fits into your time frame or is actually part of a CASE.
2) Only save people. Meaing don't do CASES and only fight bosses if they guard a survivor.
3) Only fight bosses. Fuck CASES and survivors, just go find good weapons and save them for boss fights.
It's actually a pretty easy case once you figure out what to do.Originally Posted by elfneedsfood
first off, hop on the bike just outside of the garage and drive it in. take the very first left and drive it all the way to the end and take the bomb that is in one truck and jack the other truck that is driveable. Next step is to get the maintanance key if you haven't already. It is located in the middle of the underground tunnels in a room. With the key and truck, start taking out the remaining bombs. If you run into any trouble, or lose your vehicle, just exit via maintance doors and travel either up top to a safer location or just go back in if you need a vehicle respawn.
is there any chance this game is coming out on say pc? would a pc even be able to handle it considering it's made for 360? I don't want to have to get a 360 just for this game... i haven't really played video games in a long time, years, hell this may be a good game to start back up with though...

Obviously, I'm going about this game in completely the wrong manner.
The best thing you can do is make sure you always have power weapons on hand; so learn where to find Uzi's until you can take out the owner of the Huntin Shack (or whatever it's called) in North Plaza and from that moment on try to carry the three shotguns and two sniper rifles you can find (they only respawn when one is used) with you into boss fights. You never really need more than two guns a fight, so you shouldn't need to go back too often.
