Nah. At lvl 3 you walk at a decent speed while lifing something--plus the zombies cant grab you so its better than waiting for retards and for multiple escorts you don't run far enough to lose someone. and you can throw who your lifting at zombies. I love how disembowel works on the living--you just see the blood and no guts.

The smg doesnt respawn if you have one in your inventory (at least from my experience) but boss weapons respawn normally (I use the machete a lot). I also remember being able to grab 2 mini chainsaws w/o having to leave the wonderland area.

I bought a memory unit for this game it really has paid off--I use the HD for my main save and my MU for mission attempts/lvling.

  2. So I am attempting the kill and photo achievment for psychopaths on my second run through but I've seem to run into a snag. So far, I have answered every single call from Otis and have yet to get one about the cop, Sean the Cult leader, and the crazy kid. Anyone know what the time frame is on these? I'm on the third day and just finished the bomb run. Also, are some of these calls desguised as just regular escort missions? I know the clown one and machete one are called in as psychopaths missions.

    I don't see the point/benefit.

  4. Let's see.

On my Zombie Genocide game(just got it whoo) I got the call for Lesbocop on the second day. I thought that was odd considering I've been doing nothing but running over zombies the entire game. Anyway Otis mentions something about a cop and a young girl and the name of the scoop is called "Above the Law".

Long haired guy should have happened before Day 3 as well(got the call for him as well). I never got the call about Sean while running over zombies though. I think you have to trigger the first cutscene(with the sacrifice you interrupt) somewhere on day 2 like around Case 3 or 4.

Anyway I escorted the molotov kid back. I sort of felt bad about letting him burn(and taking pictures) so eh.

    Infinite mode:
Also the Roastmaster OJs don't respawn either. There's a couple lying around nearby but that's it. For every escort/boss/??? you kill though he/she drops a cardboard box filled with assorted goodies like special weapons and food(one escort I killed for example dropped the hatchet man's machete, which is fitting since I killed him in the hardware store).

I didn't attempt saving due to wanting to start a new game so I can get a handful of achievements. Though when I died I noticed the game displays your time and then kicks you back to the title screen so hmm..uh oh.

Anyone figure out how long the 72 hours lasts in real-time? I'm thinking between 5 and 10 hours so damn getting the true lightsaber is going to suck ass.

It is a pain in the ass. So now I have to start all over again if I want to get all the psychopaths. I may just work on Genocide for now and then work on getting infiinite. I should be lvl 50 before starting overtime again.

You can try missions over again if you fuck up. Also every minute in game is about 5 seconds so 72 hours = 360 minutes/6hrs

  7. I'm telling you kids you need to get mini chainsaws. When I fought Carlito with the nsiper rifle again in this run I just ran straight to him while he looked at Brad and went in for the attack with the chainsaw and three swipes later (which takes what, 1.5 seconds?) he went down.

From start to finish the fight took all of 30 seconds. Maybe.

Just now, I fought the super market manager and the fight was maybe, and I stress maybe, five seconds long. I jump up on the shelf to my right and then ran and jumped behind him, turned around and took him down in three swipes as well. These things kill so quick, it's almost like cheating.

  8. Ok, so whats the deal with Hella Copter? I have shot at the thing with 2 sniper rifles and 5 smg's and the damn thing will still not go down. I've shot at the cockpit and tail, but I can't tell if I'm even hitting the damn thing. The aiming in the game is fine when facing zombies, but trying to hit a fast moving chopper from far way is just a pain.

  9. Get the Machine Guns that the Special Ops carry to fight the helicopter, it only takes one or two if your aim is perfect but you should bring out about five to be safe. When it fires rockets at your run away from it and roll to avoid them, other wise circle in an open area so you can see when it starts to approach you with it's gun, when it does run straight at it and stay centered so the bullets go on either side of you and quickly 180 and point straight up so you can see it pass overhead. If you timed it right you should be able to unload on it's underside leading into it's tailsection (where you really want to be puting your bullets). Fire until it starts to gets far enough away that you aren't positive your hitting it and then repeat what you just did. After a few passes (or if we're being honest about 100 fucking million) it should blow out it's tail engine and retreat.

BTW, the chainsaws save so much time in boss fights that I'm actually finding myself saving people becuase of my insane ammount of free time between CASES.

I mean I fought the supermarket guy and the hardware store guy during case 2 so quickly I had yellow left on the timer to return the medicine to brad. When I did it the first time and only fought the supermarket guy I didn't have yellow on the return trip because that fight alone took so fucking long.

Thanks. I was actually able to get it right after I posted that. Was a pain in the ass though.
