why is it that frank can get spec-ops gear, boots, etc, but no helmet? or am i missing something?

There's no helmet to my knowledge, but then again, I have no idea what the reward for Saint is.

btw, anybody actually take the photos of the clock tower's pp stickers? for some reason they wont activate for me as a photographable object.

Same here. No idea whats up. I also had some issues with the servebot but eventually got it.

You have to be at the right area to get the clock tower to work. One spot is on the wooden patio covers near the flower garden, another is the red patio cover over all the picnic tables and the last area is just around the lake looking at the tower through some trees.

As a side note, I started a "perfect" run through tonight and I'm kicking all sorts of ass. I'm at the save right after 4-1 starts and so far I've saved everyone and fought every boss without too much trouble; and I've been good about keeping contact with the photographer as well.
