Thread: CIA Reclassifying Historical Documents

  1. CIA Reclassifying Historical Documents

    Found on Slashdot: http://www.nytimes.com/2006/02/21/po...in&oref=slogin

From what most can tell, this is very "silly," from what the article says.

  2. bugmenot says to use login: jpblachere and password: bilbo.

  3. This is just petty bullshit, if you ask me. Bush has beein going crazy over informatinon being free to the public and is trying to restrict it. These documents will not affect any present-day issues and should be released so people will know just how the U.S. worked during those times.

  4. Sounds pretty typical of the administration. Gotta protect us from the terrrists.

  5. #5
I thought that our current administration was the terrorists.

  6. There's that too, yeah.

  7. The ol' phrase "Closing the barn door after the cows have escaped" comes to mind.

Psst...hey, CIA....they aren't classified if they have ever been public.
