I got $50 to put into a checking account I opened today, and some stuff from Bath and Body Works from my stepmom. Never really use that stuff, but I may as well now that I have a bunch. Not a bad birthday haul, but I didn't get a fucking cake. What the hell kind of birthday is this?
An adult one.

Half-life 2 for $20. It's good, but not as great as I've been led to believe.
Second Sight for $8. Free Radical yay! But the stupidest, most boring tutorial ever.

I got AoE3 today... its interesting. Ensemble tried a lot of new things on the fringe to bring out the colonial aspect while keeping the core gameplay similar to AoM. It's way too early for me to judge how it works but it's addictive in that Ensemble gameplay well.
Amazing graphics, too.
