I spent $15 or $20 on a PS2 horizontal stand so I dont know what my limits are.

But I havent seen a faceplate that made me say, "yea thatd make my 360 look better".

I want a completely clear case that I can paint in much the same fashion as a RC car cover or a clear guitar pic guard.

Since you'd have to take apart the 360 to swap shells anyway, why not just spray the white shell with blue vinyl dye?
It's a fuckton better than paint, easier to apply, and it's roughly the same price.

I'm seriously considering it.

I don't like using auto paint for anything plastic. It needs to be baked if you want it to get really really hard and durable.

what's there to learn? you take it apart and paint it. people have taken systems apart and painted them for years.
