What specifically are you wondering? Do you want to make that sauce at the end? Cause other then that, everything is exactly what you see. Oh, and you're supposed to let the steak sit in the shredded onion bag for 30 minutes.
And man, they overcook the hell out of that steak.

I should have been more specific, but you anwsered one of my questions. I wanted to know how long to put the steak in the onions. So, what do you do to make that sauce at the end?
