I just called to cancel my Xbox Live account last week (not going to be able to use it for a while, and it just renewed), and I had no problem at all getting it cancelled. In fact, I was amazed at how little pressure to keep it I was given.

Subway's regular bread beats Quizno's. I haven't tried a toasted Subway sub yet though.

Subway has more variety and ingredients, but Quizno's is definitely superior. "Toasted" subs at Subway are just a hacky imitation of Quizno's, after all.
