I'm just saying. He's obviously Canadian. Some people in Canada really like that show.
And you're right Dyne, I read the comic wrong. Now that I realize that the ambulence is unrelated to the previous two panels, the comic is a lot more funny. And thought-provoking.
This isn't the case at all. Who cares. If you're happy with consoles, stick with them. PC's are pretty niche-based anymore. Most indy-developement will be on PC. So there is always room for the PC. If you're into FPS's, then you need a top of the line PC. If you're into RTS's then you need a good PC. Other than that, there isn't much. The mod scene is really stagnating as of late as well.Originally Posted by EvilMog
On the other hand, the 360 is one of the most boring consoles ever. Oblivion is the only interesting game for the system, and guess what PC-haters, its on the PC. So unless you REALLY need Burnout at a higher res for your home theatre e-peen, then theres nothing really to see for the 360 yet. Just like 90% of consoles during their first year, they are simple not worth getting. All you're doing is being forced into buying bundles and getting first-gen systems that are more likely to fail sooner than a second gen and beyond system.
FEAR was a 1 trick pony anyway. Should play OK on the 360 since it is slower-paced. Nothing to get the system for, though
I'm sure but I know others who have smokin PC's (me) who bought F.E.A.R. 5 months ago and have yet to crack it open because I got my 360 around the same time. I also cancelled my WoW account when I got my 360.Originally Posted by Frogacuda
These types of ports are good news for not only 360 owners with crappy PC's, but people like me who prefer a 50" sitting on the couch experience to a 19" god-I-wish-I-could-get-a-solid-30-frames-per-second experience.
If great PC games continue to get ported to consoles (and the quality bar remains high), I don't expect to be doing much with my PC other than posting to silly gaming websites.
Doesn't your HDTV have a VGA or DVI input? Mine does, so I can do just that with my PC games.Originally Posted by Chux
