My wife and I went to Red Robin last week (if you haven't eaten their burgers, you're missing out). She ordered a Parmigiana Burger or something like that. The fucking thing was a burger with a fried cheese patty on top. Picture a fried mozzarella stick but in the shape of a hamburger. It was amazing to behold.

TGI Friday's has a similar thing on one of their Bacon Cheeseburgers. I haven't tried it yet but one of these days I will. I agree with you on the Red Robin. I've been there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it.

i was in pittsburg a few weeks ago and ate at a red robin for the first time, i didnt have that burger, but their stuff is really really good. i had the bacon cheeseburger and it was pretty much the best burger i have ever had.
