Played it this morning, and it's not much different from its PS2 iteration. I'm sure there's a lot more to it, along with some balancing, but as far as how the game plays in the demo it's identical.

Local multi for sure. Not sure about live. Played with a friend and it gives you two maps and four premade decks to play around with. Games ran kind of long but we had fun, and it'll be a hell of a lot better when we can make our own decks.
