Oh man, chasing a dude down a street and pouncing on him with the wrist blade is a fucking thrill. I was in a fight with 4 guys, waxed 3 of them and I swear I saw the look on the last guys face change from "I'm gonna kill him" to "OH SHIT" just before he made a run for it.

Walking through a crowd slowly to shank an oblivious guard rules too.

Yeah it does, I actually start my fights by jumping right on guys with the wrist blade. My favorite thing though is when a citizen was being harassed, walk up to where I have 2 people facing their backs to me, stab, shift, stab, draw weapon and fight.

What a fantastic game to play around in.

Beat it last night, did everything except collect every flag and pickpocketed 200 knives. I like how they're handling the story and I really want to see where they go with the setting, and it seems pretty obvious that by the third game we'll be playing in modern times with Desmond. As for the ending and all that, Altair is wrapped up to the extent that it's needed to so that's hardly a big deal but I would've liked a tiny bit more than the quick wrap-up (because I'm greedy). At the same time, however, you are given a good amount of information about everything else so that was pretty cool.

Also, when you get to a cinema, you can still move around. There are times where you can push a button to get a new camera angle of what's going on. There's an achievement for watching all the angles, so you can miss that.

When you replay missions you also rewatch the cutscenes, so you probably can still get that your first time through.

Two things:
1) This game is awesome.
2) It is ridiculously better on 360. The framerate difference is substantial.

I haven't seen the two side by side so I couldn't say how the PS3 vs. the 360 one ran, I just picked 360 because I love the controller so much more and I wanted the achievements list.

What I can say about them is that this game needed some more bug testing, as my copy froze once but it was right after I loaded a level so no biggie. The big thing is if you take a look at Ubisoft's forums there's a huge bug thread, in which some PS3 users have been getting a "white screen of death," both consoles have had some crashes, and at least one person on the PS3 has gotten a corrupted save file from a freeze (happened during a load screen). Eep.
