This does seem like a perfect fit for the system and should be good based on the previous game, but with the power of a home console I would at least hope for detailed cel-shaded characters instead of a static drawing of the nurses and doctors. *-neo

I wonder if this game would allow you to use 2 wii-remotes simultaneously. Just like a real surgeon often uses two tools at once.
