I remember seeing this on the news at a bar when it happened. It was good for a laugh because the title under the shots said "German aquaintance Deitrich said to be driving car." Not sure why we found that funny, but we were at a bar, so.

It's funny because he completely made that part up. Dietrich fleed on foot and was never seen again. Conspiracy!
