Pacman is a weird game when you think about it. Your goal is to get all the goodies. But on your way to get the goods, people try ot kick your ass. But when you get the really nice goods you can turn around and kick their ass and no one can touch you. But things always go back to normal after a while and you are back to running for your life.

I love Pac-Man but I hate how every maze-chase game outside of that series gets ignored. There are a lot of great games in the genre.

That's a hack. It's not in the original game (see also Galaga).

The difference is better boards and more variety overall.

Zelda Oot was Super Mario 64 with a sword. Halo is way to overrated as well. Lets combine all the cool sci fi movies, and give the main character a shield. Throw in 20min of anything actually explaining the story, and play the Halo theme at every huge battle yey!

Of course I played , and beat both, and I like them.

And all the ghosts that chase you look like KKK members in colored robes.... I still like the game though.

My personal one:
Mario 64 was bad in and of itself, but is downright reprehensible considering the standard it consciously set that turned the platformer genre into a wasteland of level-recycling collectathon bullshit.
