It's boring, but it looks okay. While I envisioned it as something that clamped onto the side or something, there was a high chance of that looking dumb... this looks kind of wonky right next to the system, but I think it would look nice and unassuming if you just run the wire to have it sitting by itself on another shelf or whatever.

Jeez Louise, Microsoft hasn't the foggiest when it comes to industrial design. It's always good to have options that your customers can capitalize on, but I would never want something that hideous in my living room.

HDMI is stll a rumor. If you look at the back picture of the HD-DVD drive you see two standard USB ports and one mini USB port imagine daisy chaining several drives. I would get this if it bombs and gets discounted--mainly so i can play Audio/MP3 CDs while playing games or if I can swap between 2 games. I also like watching DVDs on my 360.
