While its now considered off-topic, I need to mention that Street Fighter Alpha 2 is a perfect "10".

No game I've ever played is a perfect 10. Kotor, Mario 64, Starcraft, Deus Ex, Diablo 1, Xcom, Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden 2 (NES), Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Pikmin 1, Zelda OoT, Star Fox 64, they all had flaws in them somewhere.
I'd give Mega Man 2 a 10 though, that game is tops in the Mega Man series. Also DoDonPachi.
