The game blows without twin sticks on any platform. VO is expensive, get over it.

Got a boxed official Dreamcast stick for 10 and a copy of Parappa for 5. Probably been 3 years since I played it but the onion sensei stage goes through my head at least once a week.

Kev, those Saturn games you posted a see on sale for about a dime apiece at every game store.

PC version blows the Saturn version away. It actually plays something like the arcade game.

But yeah, kingoffighters is right. Even without the twinsticks.

I got Final Fantasy I+II: Dawn of Souls, FFTA, Indigo Prophecy (Xbox), and Burnout Revenge (Xbox) thanks to the CC sale. I also picked up some DVD+Rs and DVD+RWs there, and saw HGM at Safeway.
