If this amounts to only running through the game with new characters, I'll pass. I beat it on all three difficulties and got gold on every character mission, so there's really no reason to buy this, unless it's just to run around as Hulk online. But seeing how the game's online is shit, I don't see that as much of an incentive.

The eight new characters are the Incredible Hulk, Magneto, Hawkeye, Sabretooth, Doctor Doom, Cyclops, Nightcrawler and Venom.

Still, that's a good line-up, especially Venom. They all should have been in the game to begin with, though.

I don't see how they could just be skins. Can an existing character teleport like Nightcrawler? Is there an amorphous one like Venom? Is anyone so big that they could just put a Hulk skin on top and have it look right?

I don't think they will be just skins and I hope they have their own comic missions to go with them, but I think it's obvious how they could take the easy way out.

According to Activision, the new playable characters are "each complete with new signature powers, skins, dialog, conversations and achievement points."
