I dont need to save

So I borrowed Gun(for GCN) from a buddy yesterday(Sunday). Been playing it(1st game Ive PLAYED in weeks) just about ever since. All side missions, all power ups, all that shit. So I just beat HooDoo, go to Dodge and die, tell my bro who is watching to take over and try it out while I feed the cancer cells. GAMEFREEZE!!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!??? My last save is BEFORE going to jail!! When Jenny dies. GAMEFREEZE!!?? FUCK YOU!!! Reset would not work. I know its my own fault, but this game lulled me b/c unless you turn off the power youre fine. If you reset and continue, you go back to the last mission. I know b/c I am usually anal about saving and have done it a few times. Gamefreeze wasnt even on my horizon. Damnit!! So the title of this thread is a long running joke between me and my bro b/c of all the idiocy weve done w/o taking the 10 seconds to save and lost hrs of gameplay. It hasnt happened to me in a while....Im sure its happened to some of you too. Do tell.
