Normally I'd agree but all I plan on doing with this one is to extend the canvas upwards. I'm not modifying the crab or corpse at all, just making the background extend upwards, the important stuff will be staying the same size. I don't think it would lose anything as long as I keep the bg simple and lighter on the upper left to keep it balanced.

Pretty sweet! i like his expression! He looks very icy.
I love it! That cat is way cute. Nice cross-hatching too!I've done soem experimenting with ink, most of which is just shitty line practicing and stuff so I won't post it. Here's a picture I drew a few weeks back taken with my iphone.
She's singing thisFinch- That is cool, what is she singing to him? You nail the cute factor every time, good work.

That's really nice man. The more time I spend coloring things in PS the more I appreciate the coloring jobs you do on your work.
What have you been up to lately, have you been able to secure much work in the field?
Project I'm working on over the holidays. The logo isn't done - I have to render an actual mistletoe and not the holly as a placeholder (just wanted to quickly render something with colour to see what it would look like in the layout). Also the wording on the banner looks like shit - has to be put on with better perspective.
Hipster elves.

The Parum Papum-pum shirt is a nice touch, Drew! I bet they're all assholes.

Drew this is looking nice but I think you have made a critical error here. You have no shitty mustaches on on the hipsters and do have one on the normal guy. The shittier the hipster the more blatant the 'stach. This is law.
@drew: fun idea, but are the yellow dude's knees on the wrong side?
@JM: thanks! I don't get too much work, I gather I'm really bad at promoting myself. I did nail a small job doing banner artwork for some warcraft site, doing some stuff like this (these compositions are too cramped for such a small frame, something I'm constantly trying to speak reason to with the client):

They are on the wrong side, yes! I just wanted them there. No real reason (thought they kind of looked like bunched cloth from the knee joint of his pants)
Everyone has an uphill battle with their clients, FuryFox. It's actually probably one of the reasons I'm employed as an graphic designer. Although I am a good designer that skill wouldn't really matter if the clients walked all over my art direction. Poor art direction = poor design (so you see, even if I did something amazing the chances of the client ruining it are very high anyway). My real skill is selling the design, I guess. The trick is to remind the client the goal - the end result of the design. You're the guide. You know the road. If they don't follow you they won't reach that goal.
