  1. Some shit may be going down between Sony and Apple for PS3.

Saw it on GAF, and didn't believe it until I tried to screen cap it myself. Highlight that image, and take a look at the PS3.

Apple fan at Sony about to lose his job, or megaton?
Buy Yakuza and Oblivion. Help yourself, help TNL.

This would be an incredibly smart example of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend."

  3. Aside from iTunes, does Apple even have anything that would benefit Sony?

It's a marketing benefit IMO. Imagine "designed for use with iPod" or something similar on the box.

  5. Indeed. Apple and Sony are arguably the two most important consumer electronics companies in history, and Microsoft is going after both of their bread and butter now.

Apple isn't in the top 10 most important consumer electronic companies. That doesn't mean that this wouldn't help Sony though.

    Followed by Amiga, right?

  9. Sony already has thier own online music store, and thier own half-assed attempts at mp3 players.

If anyone has paid attention to Sony over the years they are extremely reluctant to go with anyone else's technology that they can make thier own incompatible, overpriced version of.

Hell it took them YEARS to start building VHS.

Maybe his list is sorted backwards. Are IBM and Matsushita at the bottom?
