Thread: Earliest gaming memory?

  1. My earliest gaming memory is definately playing tetris on gameboy, ah you guys make me feel young
"The only way microsoft would make something that doesn't suck is if they made vacuums"

  2. I know I had played a NES a few times as a little kid, but no specific memories. Vague Duck Hunt recollections from my uncle's basement, but that's it. Only one that really stands out is when my brother got a Genesis for Christmas, the combo pack that came with Columns. My dad ended up buying him Road Rash and Mortal Kombat and stuff, and my mom went insane when she saw the game. I was allowed to play Columns (-only- Columns) and I spent all day on that thing once my brother fell asleep. A very fine Christmas haul that year.

  3. Playing 'Dark Castle' on my parent's Apple II.
    Time for a change

That game is such BS though. They let you design your own robot, but you can't past that huge fucking hole on the first level with out the super jump legs. The tank legs were the best because it made you look like a robojock.

the part of myself that is a gaming nerd died with the dreamcast. I still play games, but its just "meh" these days. Its not special. Its like "wake up, take a shit, play a game, eat food, whatever. "
